Steve Singer – President

For over twenty five years Steve served as President of Lincoln Finance Company. Lincoln Finance was started in 1989 as a finance company for a family owned retail furniture company. While at Lincoln he supervised the credit and collection staff, developed and managed the credit underwriting and built and managed a successful collection system. One of the core strengths of Lincoln Finance was their ability to profitably manage the collection of judgment accounts which requires cost effective skip tracing.

Steve started RDR Investments LLC to purchase and collect distressed receivables. Steve founded Employmentskiptracing.com to provide the same outstanding skip tracing services that have been used internally, to collection law firms, debt buyers and other organization that focus on judgment collections.

Steve has a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.
